If you are an M&M owner and would require a quick service on your vehicle while passing through B.T, Road, for now at least, you may benefit immensely from Mahindra Qwik Workshop, which was inaugurated recently. Till date the company has inaugurated 34 such facilities, across the country and this being the first in Kolkata.

A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between Mahindra & Mahindra and Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) in March 2015 for setting up Mahindra workshops at IOCL fuel stations and it brought in Kousik Mukhopadhyay, Zonal Head, Customer Care East – Automotive Division, M&M and Manoj Gupta, Chief Divisional Retail Sales Manager, Pradip Ghoshal, Manager Retail Sales, IOC to oversee the ceremony in Bada Nagar fuel station to be operated by Mohan Motors.

MahindraQwik Workshop is a compact facility of 2 bays manned by a team of expert technicians and service advisors specially trained on productivity enhancement techniques to deliver quality service in the shortest possible time. Each bay has a timer clock and the reverse countdown starts immediately as soon as the vehicle is taken to the respective bay for servicing.

These facilities will handle select periodic maintenance services which are of “wait while we service” nature. Customers have access to a Wi-Fi enabled air conditioned lounge while watching their vehicles being serviced. Delivery is assured in 90 minutes or less depending on the nature of work.

According to Sandeep Dhond, Vice President, Customer Care, Automotive Division, M&M Ltd. said, “The positive response from customers across the country has given us the confidence to launch this service in Kolkata. We are very confident that our customers in Kolkata will truly benefit from this unique service proposition and it will be a significant step towards providing them with a delightful experience.”
Mahindra QwikWorkshop will also encourage customers to take prior appointment using the ‘With You Hamesha’ Mobile App. This will further enhance service experience for our customers when they visit these specialized service outlets.

More launches of Mahindra Qwik Workshop are scheduled in prominent cities during the course of this year.
