ILEAD launches Courses and Knowledge Sharing Journal ‘Cambridge Marketing Review’ in collaboration with Cambridge Marketing College, UK.

Kolkata 16th December: Cambridge Marketing College, UK and iLEAD Institute, Kolkata join hands to launch several short term industry oriented marketing courses on how to use emerging technologies to improve the effect and efficiency of all marketing activities through Data Mining and Analytics, Predictive and Perspective Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics, Block Chain, etc.

iLEAD would also officially publish and distribute the Indian edition of Cambridge Marketing Review (Journal) which will carry New age articles on marketing as well as Global and Indian Case Studies highlighting the use of new technologies in marketing.

There are several Indian Case Studies in this respect; one such example is that of Axis Bank.

“Axis Bank, the third-largest private sector bank in India, implemented robotics process automation and deep learning to identify customer behavioral patterns and recommend next best actions to prevent customer churn, including streamlining document processing, identifying “events” when customers were more likely to leave, and pre-emptively offering special promotions targeted to those segmented audience to prevent churn.”

The collaboration will benefit both students completing their Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programmes in business management as well as working professionals who would be offered part-time weekend courses as well as Postgraduate Diploma in Excellence in Business Management Practices through Emerging Technologies. The programme will also have an online version for people who are not able to physically attend such programmes.
