Kolkata, 1st September, 2020: Keeping the spirits high amidst the ongoing pandemic, Pimento The Food Studio, a brand new addition to the city, is all set to launch its flagship outlet in the cloud kitchen segment. Pimento welcomes people who are looking for a scrumptious and delectable menu and have a diverse palate. 

Pimento The Food Studio is available to its audience in four verticals of brands ‘Ee-baat-Oo-baat’, ‘Chopstix’, ‘Tuckshop’ and ‘Podi’. Each of these vertical brands is aimed at serving an array of cuisines aimed to satisfy the urge for the people of the city to try out multiple cuisines at the same time. The app is dedicated to provide the facility to switch between the kitchens, offering a range of cuisines that can be ordered at the same time. While ‘Ee-baat-Oo-baat’ will bring to the food lovers the unique creations of traditional Indian cuisines from all corners of the country like Dal Makhani, Kosha Mangsho, Rogan Josh, Khatti Roll, Galouti Kebabs and many more, ‘Chopstix’ will satisfy the Oriental food fanatics with an assortment of Asian dishes, with a variety of delicacies that includes an array of Dimsums, noodles, fried rice, as well as specialty dishes like Whistling Chicken and more. ‘Tuckshop’ will cater to those who are seeking a quick bite, or a light snack, like BurgersandSandwiches. ‘Podi’ aims to capture the authentic essence of South India, and is named after the South Indian condiment “gunpowder”, which consists of a mixture of ground dry spices that typically contains rich dried chillies, roasted and pulsed lentils and split peas, salt and other spices. Podi offers a comforting South Indian menu that comprises of idli, dosa as well as a range of South Indian non-vegetarian dishes.

The celebration does not end here. Pimento strives to reach a larger audience. The brand aims to cater to all the needs of the customers. That is the one of reasons that Pimento is being launched in three interesting concepts, i.e., casual dining of Ee-baat-Oo-baat, cloud kitchen that caters across a number of cuisines, and, most significantly, the launch of a comprehensive, self-owned app called Pimento, which is an independent online food delivery platform, with its own delivery partners, to create to better service experience for those who are ordering through the app. Pimento The Food Studio with all its elements will also be available in other digital platforms like Swiggy and Zomato once it is launched.

Sprawled over an area of 3000 square feet, Pimento provides a unique experience that every foodie must definitely indulge in. The 30-seater restaurant of Pimento’s Ee-baat-Oo-baatwill also offer a casual dining experience to those who are looking to dine out in a safe and hygienic manner from September. 

The brainchild of Mr. Prateek Pallav and Mr. Rishav Rohit, Co-Founders and Directors, Pimento The Food Studio, the app is poised to launch quite soon. Gifted with a true sense of hospitality and big hearts, Mr. Prateek Pallav and Mr. Rishav Rohit with Pimento, takes immense pride in the mouth-watering flavours, robustness and versatility of multi – cuisine.  The Co-founders plans to launch three more outlets of Pimento The Food Studio soon in different parts of the city. The pricing is pocket-friendly keeping in mind the location and the customers. The cost for two is priced at Rs.500 plus taxes. Currently, the operational timing is from 11 am to 10 pm.
