American Duck, Turkey and chicken at the Food Festival with US Poultry & Egg Export Council curated by Chef Pradip Rozario
The famed US Poultry makes its first appearance in Kolkata’s food scene with a Festival curated by the famed celebrity chef Pradeep Roazario at the KK’s Fusion beside Swabhumi and at Mia Amore Restaurants at the Mani Square Mall.

The U.S. Poultry is the world’s largest producer and second largest exporter of poultry meat of Chicken, Duck and Turkey. Talking about this completely new experience for gastronomic connoisseurs of Kolkata, Chef Rozario says, “the guests can order a whole duck or a whole turkey and prepare their favourite recipes in almost a DIY format albeit done by our cooks in the restaurants. Also the staple dishes from the menu cooked from US Poultry products are readily available for the guests.” “I always believe in experimenting and fusion food is an area of my special interest, so I have come up with some exotic food never tasted by the Kolkatans before and I am so happy that all through the festival days guests have simply lapped up the dishes specially curated at KK’s Fusion. This is an absolute amazing fusion of Indo American food culture.”
Some of Chef Rozario’s signature dishes crafted for this festival are Kissa Murgi Ka (Rs. 599), Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breast Perfumed with fenugreek leaves ( Rs. 499) Bangaldeshi Roast Chicken with dry nut pulao (Rs. 499), Turkey Rogan Josh with Pilaf Rice ( Rs.999), Tandoori Turkey Roulade with lentil risotto (Rs. 999), Duck Malai Curry with corn tortilla (Rs. 899), Crisp Roast Duck with Sauce Orange Marmalade (Rs. 899) and Steamed Duck with Makhani Sauce & Pancake (Rs. 899)
The festival is being organized in association with US Poultry & Egg Export Council and United Soyabean Board. The U.S. Poultry & Egg Association is the world’s largest and most active poultry organization. Membership includes producers and processors of broilers, turkeys, ducks, eggs, and breeding stock, as well as allied companies. Formed in 1947, the association has affiliations in 26 states and member companies worldwide.
