“Sadak Suraksha – Jeevan Raksha”
As a part of the 32nd National Road Safety Week,12 GRENADIERS organised campaigns and Road Safety awareness programmes between 21st February and 28th February 2021.
The unit under the aegis of 11 Mountain Brigade and Red Horns Division conducted Lectures on Road safety and traffic rules, mass brain storming sessions and Painting Competition at three schools.
A large number of students and teachers took part in the events that were organised at Sidli Kashikotra Higher Secondary School, Bijni Bidyapith Higher Secondary School and Vivekanand High School in Kajalgaon in Assam.
The campaign culminated on 27 February 2021 with a Prize Distribution Ceremony where in parents along with Principals of respective schools were invited.Tea and snacks were offered to students and teachers during an informal interactive session.
