Bengal is merging in to mainstream of IT leader states of India slowly but surely. Minister Bartya Basu draws the ceremonial sword at the ceremony of MOU singing between IT nodal body NASSCOM and major private university of West Bengal JIS University for “Employability Enhancement Program”.
The major set back for education system of India is disconnect between syllabus and market need. Through this central government scheme and with the support of nodal agency like NASSCOM , JIS University is ready to train 6000 budding professionals from Engineering,Non Tech and Management to get ready for the employment.
This initiative is first in West Bengal and many will fall in the same line for Skill Development training Market.
Pan India 15 such universities and Colleges has already tide up with NASSCOM for the technical assistance and guidance.
JIS University Chairman Sardar Taranjit Singh thanked NASSCOM and Government for their support and said proud to be the first partner in West Bengal.
