President appoints Ms. Kiran Bedi Lt. Governor of Puducherry
The President of India has been pleased to appoint Ms. Kiran Bedi, to be the Lt. Governor of Puducherry with effect from the date she assumes charges of her office.
Smt. Bedi contested Delhi Assembly election as possible CM candidate in BJP camp.
She was a able IPS and administrator and who put a Challan on Mrs. Indira Gandhi’s Car when Mrs. Gandhi was PM of India.
She has been recognized with many International Awards.
