CHICAGO, Oct. 20, 2016 /PRNewswire/ — CNA today announced the promotions of Kelly Walsh to Vice President, Branch Services and Lindsay Lovvorn to Vice President, Product and Process Systems.  Both Walsh and Lovvorn will report to Barb Sandelands, Senior Vice President, Underwriting Services, CNA Commercial.

In the newly created role of Vice President Branch Services, Walsh will be responsible for Field implementation of all Commercial products, projects and operational efficiencies. Walsh and her team will provide input to system design and functional support related to Commercial priorities to improve Field productivity and compliance. They will partner with Product Services, Line of Business and Worldwide Operations.

Walsh has 15 years of diversified experience in the Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance industry at CNA. Her most recent role was Assistant Vice President, Line of Business Services & Operation, where she was responsible for directing an underwriting group of five underwriters and one underwriting intern.

In the newly created role of Vice President Product and Process Systems, Lovvorn will be responsible for overall management and maintenance of systems critical to running Commercial business. Lovvorn and her team will work in conjunction with Line of Business, Product Services, Actuary, Information Technology and Branch Services.

Lovvorn brings nine years of insurance industry experience to this role, and sixteen years overall experience in systems and product development roles. She joined CNA in 2012 and has been working with Underwriting Transformation and Line of Business, Product Services and Operations for the past two years.
