ভারতীয় ডাক বিভাগের পশ্চিমবঙ্গ ও সিকিম সার্কেল আজাদি কা অমৃত মহোৎসব উদযাপনের অঙ্গ হিসাবে আজ কলকাতায় হর ঘর তিরঙ্গা কর্মসূচির সূচনা করে। স্বাধীনতার ৭৫তম বর্ষে দেশবাসীর মধ্যে দেশাত্মবোধ সঞ্চারিত করতে ১৩-১৫ অগাস্ট প্রত্যেকের বাড়িতে জাতীয় পতাকা উত্তোলনে উৎসাহ দিতে নানা উদ্যোগ নেওয়া হয়েছে। এই কর্মসূচির আওতায় আজ কলকাতার ধর্মতলার ট্রাম ডিপো থেকে ত্রিবর্ণরঞ্জিত পতাকায় সজ্জিত একটি ট্রাম চালানো হয়। অনলাইনের মাধ্যমে জাতীয় পতাকা ক্রয় করার জন্য অর্ডার দেওয়া হলে ডাক বিভাগ তা বাড়িতে পৌঁছে দেওয়ার উদ্যোগ নিয়েছে। পশ্চিমবঙ্গ, সিকিম ও আন্দামান ও দ্বীপপুঞ্জের ৯ হাজার ৮৭টি ডাকঘরের প্রতিটি থেকেই এই পতাকা বিক্রি হচ্ছে। www.epostoffice.gov.in – এখানে ক্লিক করে ২৫ টাকা মূল্যের জাতীয় পতাকা ক্রয় করা সম্ভব।
