ঝুমুর ( A Story of a Tribal Girl )
ঝুমুর, একজন আদিবাসী মেয়ের প্রতিবাদের গল্প। দশভূজার মতন সমস্ত অপশক্তির বিরুদ্ধে লড়াই করে জিতে যাওয়ার গল্প।
গ্রামের মেয়ে ঝুমুর। ঝুমুর মুর্মু। প্রচন্ড মেধাবী। পড়াশোনার পাশাপাশি খেলাধূলাতেও সমান দক্ষ। উচ্চ শিক্ষার জন্য সে পৌঁছায় শহর কলকাতায়। ভর্তি হয় শহরের এক নামী বিশ্ব বিদ্যালয়ে। নতুন শহর, নতুন সম্পর্ক, প্রেম, বন্ধুত্ব। কিন্ত হঠাৎই হোস্টেলের রুমে এক বান্ধবীর আত্মহত্যা বদলে দেয় ঝুমুরের জীবন। এই আত্মহত্যার কারণ খুঁজতে গিয়ে, ঝুমুরের মনে হয়, এই শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান গুলোতে কি মেয়েরা আদৌ সুরক্ষিত?? একদিন নিজের আত্মরক্ষার জন্য ঝুমুরকে লড়াই করতে হয়েছে গ্রামের জঙ্গলের মানুষখেকো শিয়ালের সাথে। কিন্ত আজ কি সে এই শহর কলকাতার মানুষরূপী নরখাদকদের সাথে লড়াই করতে পারবে?

It’s a story of Jhumur Murmu,a Tribal girl whose resilience mirrors the indomitable spirit of Durga,fighting and conquering every sinister force that dares to stand in her way.
The film is all set to release at the Theatres on 17th of January,2025.
