NEW YORK, Aug. 2, 2016 /PRNewswire/ — First Capital Real Estate Advisors, LP (“First Capital”), announced today that it has hired Paschal Ferreira as Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Ferreira will oversee First Capital’s accounting team, and will be responsible for financial reporting, accounting operations, and implementing and ensuring proper financial controls and systems.

Most recently, Mr. Ferreira served as VP, Divisional Chief Accounting Officer at AR Global where he was responsible for managing the finance and accounting functions of the global real estate franchise which included Global Net Lease, a publicly traded REIT, and American Realty Capital Global Trust II, a public non-traded REIT. Prior to that role, Mr. Ferreira was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young serving both public and private clients across the real estate, retail and consumer products, industrial products, and manufacturing industries. Mr. Ferreira received his B.S. in Accounting from St. Peter’s University (f/k/a St. Peter’s College) and is a licensed CPA in both New York and New Jersey.
