Mr. Sanjeev Nimkar (VP and Head Power Generation KOEL) along with his team meet the press at JW Marriott, Kolkata to show case the flagship product KOEL High Horse Power Gensets for Indian Market.
KOEL meets the revised CPCB II norms for environment friendly and less carbon footprint standard. On the occasion, Mr. Sanjeev Nimkar,VP & Business Head Power Generation, said, “With this new, we anticipate a greater market share in the genset market. KOEL has already sold over 30,000 units including CPCB II compliant gensets in the category, which has made KOEL ahead of the competitive market.” Production of the new engines is in full swing at the state-of-the-art KOEL plant at Kagal.
Water Cooled model will also be available for Defense at extreme conditions to protect the “Make In India” initiative at the ground level. Apart from the Diesel , CNG Based and Bio Diesel models are also available for India and global market.
At present 33% market share will grow further for KOEL in future as expected by the Kirloskar Oil Engine Ltd. will grow further with latest R&D for the models.
At present 750KVA model can run with 100% load for 11 hours and with 110% load for further one hour at a stretch. How ever for better product life it is better to be on 80% load.
One of cutting edge solution of this product is remote monitoring of the product. A maintenance team can monitor any KOEL HHP Gensets seating from any where in the globe which make it easy for the housekeeping team to plan maintenance.
Cost wise it will save 5-7 lakhs of INR per annum for fuel consumption. With this cost and cutting edge soultion KOEL expecting to pour positive numbers in P&L Accounts in next financial year onward.
For the time being it is Advantage Kirloskar Oil Engine Ltd and its HHP Gensets over the competitions.
