We all know what a music sensation Kishore Kumar was or we should say he is still alive in our heart, well we see same goes for his Son, Amit Kumar.
Like father his voice is as reminding us that of his father Kishore Kumar’s and it can be said that the same blood carries on.
Today at South City Mall, Kolkata, he launched his new Music Cd ‘Du Chokhe Shrabon’.It contains this years brand new puja songs, an album by Amit Kumar featuring five new modern Bengali songs composed by Devjit Roy, released on Channel B Music at Starmark(South City Mall), today in presence of renowned national award winning film maker Goutam Ghose, internationally known musician Tanmoy Bose and the singer Amit Kumar himself.
The album has been produced by one of his ardent fans Bikashh Chakladaar while the venture has been supported by Amit Kumar Fan Club.Lyrics have been penned down by Sreeraj Mitra,Rajiv Tarun Singha and Devjit Roy himself.
Songs Like Du Chokhe Shrabon, Hoyto Tomay Pabo Bole, Maa, Chole Aay are worth a mention. Amit has recalled his memories with his beloved mother through a song Maa.
Amit Kumar also said ‘ Hope my fans will like this musical ofering.’
He also requested everyone to buy the original Cd and not to download and copy or by pirated one to save music.
