Kolkata, 24rdMay 2018: Ten leading Russian Government institutions including those offering Medical and Engineering programs participated in an education fair held on 24rd May at Russian Centre for Science & Culture in kolkata. Dedicated at opening inroads to the best benefits of subsidized higher education, the fair was organized by Rus Education – one of the premier education consultants in India. The fair was open from 10 am to 5 pm. Spot admissions were given to candidates furnishing valid credentials supporting their eligibility to pursue Bachelor’s/Post-graduate degree programs.
The Nineteenth Edition of Russian Education fair opened up a golden opportunity for aspiring Indian students seeking admission to higher education in Russia. The aim of this fair was to guide the Indian students about medical studies and understand their expectations and requirements to be taken care of during the whole tenure of their medical studies in Russia.

Whereas for medical programs, students should have cleared NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) exam according to the criteria laid by MCI (Medical Council of India) for doing medicine in India as well as in any institution outside the country. MCI as a special case for the year 2018 alone has exempted those students from writing NEET who had been earlier admitted to overseas medical courses and are currently undergoing language/preparatory/foundation courses.
