METRO STAFF RESCUE AN INDISPOSED LADY PASSENGER

On 23.02.2024 at 07:30 hrs, a female passenger aged about 25 years had a bad fall while boarding the escalator and sustained a minor injury at Kalighat Metro station. Her husband who was travelling with her sought help from on-duty RPF and station staff.
Seeing her condition, the Quick Response Team (QRT), RPF, and on-duty station staff rushed to her help. Considering the seriousness of the situation, she was brought to the Station Master’s Office and administered the first aid. She was later sent to M.R.Bangur Hospital at 08:00 hrs, under the escort of station staff and her husband for further treatment.
Both of them thanked Metro Railway Authorities for extending kind co-operation and help.
