2. Human Editorial Responsibility

IBG NEWS maintains that:

All published content remains the responsibility of human editors.

No AI system shall be considered an author, editor, journalist, or decision-maker.

Final editorial approval shall always be provided by a human editor authorized by IBG NEWS.

AI-generated outputs shall never be published without human review.

5. Fact Verification Requirements

AI-generated information shall never be treated as a verified source.

All factual claims generated by AI must be independently verified through:

• Reliable primary sources

• Credible secondary sources

Verification responsibility rests with human editors.

6. Attribution and Disclosure

IBG NEWS may disclose AI usage when:

• AI materially contributes to content creation.

• AI-generated images are published.

• AI-generated illustrations are used.

• Readers may reasonably expect disclosure.

Examples:

“This image was generated using artificial intelligence and reviewed by IBG NEWS editors.”

“This article was prepared with AI-assisted editorial tools and reviewed by IBG NEWS editorial staff.”

Routine AI-assisted proofreading or grammar correction may not require disclosure.

7. AI-Generated Images, Audio, and Video

Any AI-generated or AI-enhanced visual content must:

• Not be presented as authentic photographs unless accurately identified.

• Not alter factual reality in news reporting.

Where AI-generated visual content is used, IBG NEWS shall provide an appropriate disclosure notice.

Fabricated quotes, sources, or deepfake content are strictly prohibited.
