The biggest satellite township project at Uttarpara unveiled by the Head of Shriram Properties at Kolkata. During the opening speech Mr. M. Murali appreciated the Bengal and her culture and the present government for creating the positive environment at Bengal.

He moved ahead further and said Bengal is now the #1 State of India in terms of low corruptions at Government level.

During the discussion he told that latest Alumina based construction technique used for fastest development.

Grand plans for Kolkata’s Sister City will have  Sri Sri Academy to start their second campus in Kolkata. Development will happen over 314 acres Shriram Grand City with international towns features is one of the first to Kolkata. At present group offers 33 million sq. ft. of residential, commercial and entertainment avenues, along with healthcare, retail and educational facilities.

Sharing his vision for Shriram Grand City, Managing Director, Shriram Properties M Murali said, “It gives me great pleasure to introduce Shriram Grand City, situated where the iconic Hind Motor factory started back in 1948. Kolkata has seen immense growth over the last decade and this growth has now spread across its periphery,”” However the reason we chose Uttarpara was to offer our customers a lifestyle that extends beyond the busy bylanes of Kolkata.
