On Styling Bollywood Celebrities and the latest Street Style Fashion Trend: Parakram SJB Rana
Mumbai based Fashion & Lifestyle Blogger Parakram SJB Rana has already collaborated with brands such as Amazon Fashion, United Colors of Benetton, Tommy Hilfiger and Hermes to name a few. His blog that is named ‘The Style Versatile’ has crossed 24K Followers on Instagram. His aesthetically pleasing page has a fine balance between his personal life along with his ‘OOTD Fashion Look’ posts. You see a lot of street style looks on his page which has become a big trend in recent years. When asked about the style that he is defined as, he says “Like my blog’s name, I am truly versatile when it comes to dressing up. It completely depends on my mood and occasion. However, I must admit that I have a biased liking towards the street style that has taken over the fashion industry globally. I mean, they are utilitarian and look so comfortable on everyone. The fact that big luxury fashion houses have also adhered to the street style trend shows that this is here to stay and grow.”

Apart from being a Fashion Blogger, Parakram SJB Rana is also a Celebrity Stylist. He has styled the likes of Manisha Koirala, Amyra Dastur and Anya Singh to name a few. Both Manisha Koirala and Parakram SJB Rana belong to Nepal. On asking about how it was styling Manisha, he says “It was an absolute honor styling one of the most beautiful women I know who happens to be from my country. I was completely star struck when I first started styling her for the promotion of her comeback film in 2017. To be styling Manisha for her comeback film came with a lot of responsibility. The whole nation was eager to see her after a long break of acting in films. The people from my country were as excited to have a Nepalese person style her. I got a lot of love and support from the country during this time and the whole experience was truly heartwarming.”
He also happens to be best friends with Actor Amyra Dastur who was a part of Kaalakaandi, The Trip Season 2 and Netflix Originals Rajma Chawal last year. Working with a friend sure could have it challenges as well. When asked about it, Parakram says “Amyra is very professional when it comes to work. She also happens to be very supportive and easy going with the people she works with. She has always been encouraging towards me, and I have to say that every outfit looks great on her. It feels great working with her as the final result of the entire look always manages to look stunning. She has a great taste of fashion herself so that really helps the entire process of styling her.”
