Executive Order on onetime payments to Great Patriotic War veterans living in Donetsk and Lugansk people’s republics and in liberated regions of Ukraine
The President signed Executive Order On One-Time Payments to Veterans of the Great Patriotic War Living in the Donetsk People’s Republic, the Lugansk People’s Republic, and the Liberated Regions of Ukraine on the Occasion of the 77th Anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945.

To mark the 77th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945, the President resolved to make, in May 2022, a lump-sum payment of 10,000 rubles to the disabled veterans of and participants in the Great Patriotic War living in the Donetsk People’s Republic, the Lugansk People’s Republic and in the liberated regions of Ukraine.
The Government of the Russian Federation has been instructed to ensure defrayal of relevant expenses
