Barun Biswas will not die, and Bengal is waiting for a Barun

Special Report on Teacher’s Day:
Some people are just like the firestone to ignite the torch of wisdom and sets the meaning of living for the idea of ignited minds. Late Barun Biswas was the burning lamp of the turbulent times when Bengali was suffering from the lack of an icon in this society. Salutations to you on today’s teacher’s day from the core of our hearts.
Let’s look back at Barun’s life.
July 5, 2012, | Exactly 10 years ago today Thursday at 7:20 p.m. Up Bongaon local stopped at platform number three of Gobardanga station. The Bengali teacher of Mitra Institution got off the train, and he walked from number three to platform number one. The bike temporary garage was just outside the station. The other day, many friends used to come to pick him up at the station. Because everyone in the village is very worried about the safety of this teacher. Therefore, his young fans did not allow Mastermoshai to walk alone, but today there is a wedding in the village, so the master has forbidden anyone from coming to the station. But he didn’t know that several pairs of evil eyes were waiting to see Mastermoshai alone. The opportunity came today. He was going to get on his bike after coming out of platform number one. At that time, someone from the very close range and rear of the master shot as if at point blank range. Two bullets closed the story, first in the back and then in the chest. The master fell down to the ground instantaneously. He was covered in blood at that station for about half an hour. As long as there was life in Master’s body, he was shouting for help, “save me”, but no one came. After much time, his people came running after getting the news. Bleeding was continuous. He could have survived if he was taken to the hospital on time. But as long as the teacher is taken there, there is nothing more. He fell into the lap of death. This is the price he paid working for the ungrateful society. Well, not all of them.
The next day means the sixth of July. heavy rain forgetting everything, thousands and thousands of people gathered in the local field. Everyone wants to say goodbye to Masterda with tears. The local women, seething with intense anger, picked up their sleeves, knives, and brooms. The local police outpost was demolished. People alleged that the police knew that this kind of event will occur hence people’s anger brushed against them. The main road was closed for about 10 hours. 40 thousand people came on his last journey. Many even touched the corpse and took an oath, vowing to continue fighting until all those responsible for the murder were punished. It has faded a lot with time. The family members are not satisfied with the trial process of his killers.
Who is this master? Why did he have to leave prematurely?
It will take several decades to find the answer. Sutia is a marginal village in North Twenty-Four Parganas. The Bangladesh border is an hour’s walk away. Ichamati, Yamuna, flows over Sutia. Since 1971, a flood of people has come from across Bengal. Sutia has washed away every year during the monsoon. Government and private relief funds come. Sushant Chowdhury, and Bireshwar Dhali rose with the occupation of this relief fund. With political leaders and local lumpen on their side, they seized Sutia’s relief fund. Threats, beatings, bike gangs. Since the beginning of the new millennium, Sutia’s new identity – is Rape City. From 1990 to 2002, groups of Sushant Chowdhury and Bireshwar Dhali carried out tandab in Sutia and its surrounding villages. Every woman in every family was compromised.
Let’s use video blackmail. Sexual harassment is happening even in front of family members. After the rape, ice cubes were inserted into the vagina. Photographs of naked bodies were taken. Later, this film will be released. No one had the courage to say the word. The police did not take complaints. The group of hyenas was growing. It was grandfather’s advice, pick up any girl you want. Let’s take happiness at the saint’s house. Endless liquor and cameras are stored there. Any dispute in the village – relational, land, or financial – has only one diagnosis, rape. Many times, they would send the abused girl back home. The girl’s mother was told that the girl was on their mind. As if arranged and arranged. Will take it again the next day. Messengers of gangsters used to come from house to house, saying, “Send the girl, or I will burn everything.” From two thousand to two thousand three, according to the police report alone, the number of rapes was thirty-three. According to locals, the actual number is many times higher.
Just then, a 26-27-year-old young man, who had just got a job at Kolkata Mitra Institute, took the microphone on a rain-soaked evening at the intersection of Sutia Bazar and started saying, “If we can’t save the honor of our mothers and daughters from the hands of criminals, we are more criminals than criminals.” Sutia heard the first protest language First, a headstand said, the diameter is too much, no more injustice, now I want justice The name of that leader of that day is Barun Biswas, our Barun Da A sunrise of protest When a Barun wakes up, the extinguished fire within man is rekindled
Barun Biswas was born on September 12, 1972, in Sutia, North Twenty-Four Parganas district of West Bengal. Father – Jagadish Biswas and Mother – Geeta Biswas. Barun Biswas studied at Panchpota Bhradanga High School and Khatra Boys High School. He then completed his graduation in Bengali from Gobardanga Hindu College. Later, a master’s degree from Calcutta University and B.Ed.
He obtained his B. Ed degree from the college. His family was coming from Faridpur. rebel Bengali blood in the body. Otherwise, someone quits the job even after passing the WBCS exam? Started teaching at Mitra Institution, as a teacher of Bengali. Could shift to Calcutta, stay away from this sin city. I did the same as you. But he is the master from the core.
Masterda people love to say Barun in this name. On his own initiative, Sutia staged an anti-rape rally. He found several enthusiastic children next to him. He wrote one letter after another to the government. He married the raped girls. When the pack of wolves came to bite, they formed a counter-resistance. Night after night, he used to patrol the entire village on his bike. The whole village slept soundly to the sound of his bike.
There is a bed in the room where Masterda lived. No mattress, plastic sheet. He used to buy books, notebooks, pens, and pencils from local students. Despite earning enough money, money did not accumulate. Every day, he used to travel for a couple of hours to spend the night in the village. He was very much loved by people. He was the son of everyone Whose book is not bought, whose daughter is not getting married due to lack of money, who is unable to sleep at night due to lack of a bed, whose medicine is required, who needs to be admitted to college, Varun Da knew everything.
One letter after another from Masterdar finally swayed the government. Sushant, Bireshwar, and many others were arrested when the CID investigated. They were sentenced to life imprisonment in the case. Barun handed over ‘Sri Ramakrishna Kathamrit’ to one of the accused. He said, “Sit in jail and read.” Thinkable! The entire village gasped in relief. But Barun Biswas, his fight does not end there.
Masterda was observing that every year there was a flood in the village. What is the reason? It is known that soil is cut at low tide. The soil mafias are sending that soil at a high price. As a result, floods are inevitable during the rainy season. New dams, new relief funds, new contractors—one big, organized crime ring. Varun started his movement against this The river thieves were scared If Varun lives, all their business will flourish, he understood well Repeated threats came to Barunda But the face of people who lost everything in the flood floated in Barun Da’s eyes, Barun Da was not afraid. Starling people were much more expensive, and their lives much less. The Barun Dar river movement had a response. People began to dream again.
The miscreants understood that unless Barun Biswas was removed forever, their success would be impossible, and that is why Masterda was killed at Gobardanga station. In the early hours of June 30, 2016, police from Habra, Gaighata, and Gopalnagar police stations arrested five members of the criminal gang. Among them were accused hired killers, Sumant Debnath alias Phatke, Debashish Sarkar, Biswajit Biswas, and Raju Sarkar. Most of them are local crimes. They confessed to the police that they had killed Barun Biswas on the orders of Sushant Chowdhury, a life sentence prisoner at Dum Dum Central Correctional Facility. Even if the hired killers are caught, the CID charge sheet does not reveal the meaning and direction of this murder. The name of a particularly political person has been implicated as the conspirator of this murder, but there was no investigation against him. Because of the political stronghold of changed masters of the state.
Why did Masterda die? What did Sushant kill in jail? Or land mafia? Or any other big political conspiracy? Why is there no impartial investigation of this murder? We know that these questions are not answered in our country. Even ten years after the incident, the real culprits have not been punished. The case is still going on in Bangaon Sub-Divisional Court.
Be well and have faith. Have faith. Let the faith live. Be well, ideal. Masterda is not dead. Humble respect.
Salutations to Masterda on Teacher’s Day.
