SPK Jain Futuristic Academy (JFA) organizes an Open House for its Sneha Milan in Commemoration of the 95th Anniversary of the SSS Jain Sabha
Kolkata, January 08, 2022: The SPK Jain Futuristic Academy (JFA), the only state-of-the-art and one-of-its-kind experiential school in Eastern India organized a Sneha Milan and its first Open House on the occasion of the 95th Anniversary of the SSS Jain Sabha. The school’s main goal is to give its students a comprehensive, hands-on education and supports progressive ideas and building educational leadership.
Mr. Debashis Sen, the Managing Director of Hidco and Chairman New Town Development Authority was the Chief Guest inaugurating this event.Mr. Sen noted that: ” It is a very worthy initiative taken by the Jain Sabha and the Jain Futuristic Academy is very well curated and the Sabha has my full support for all their future endeavours.”
The Jain Futuristic Academy was launched in November 2022 in the presence of Honourable Minister-in-Charge, Dept. of School Education, Govt. of West Bengal, Shri Bratya Basu. The first session will take place from April 2023 and the enrolment and admissions process is on in full swing.
During the inauguration Shri Bratya Basu stated that: “education is the greatest weapon that you can give a person and the Jain Futuristic Academy with its experiential education will empower our future generations.”
The Sneha Milan provided a platform for the Sabha members to visit the school, view its facilities and classrooms, interact with the principal and teachers and enjoy a well spent afternoon which was followed by a luncheon.
The SSS Jain Sabha (which founded the Jain Sabha in Kolkata in 1928) is a charitable organization whose primary aim is to provide Seva, Shiksha, and Sadhana), and the Sabha’s vision is to bring its members together to serve the nation with unparalleled devotion, compassion and energy while following the pious path of Dharma. To this end they believe that education is an important tool towards the advancement of the country and the Jain Futuristic Academy is one its newest ventures, in providing unmatched education in Eastern India.
Shri Jaideep Patwa, Hon. Secretary, SPK Jain Futuristic Academy affirmed: “The purpose behind creating Jain Futuristic Academy was to give to the society a unique learning experience which would encourage everyone to rethink education for the future of our country, the children. Our only objective is to help redefine and reshape education in a way that every child will be motivated to learn, to question, to experiment and to find solutions; in short, we aim to create better citizens of tomorrow.”
Ms. Satabdi Bhattacharya, Principal JFA said: “JFA has been founded with a vision to create a free and joyful learning environment, where every child will be encouraged to learn through exploratory experiences and experimentation. Learning in JFA will be a stress-free journey for the children wherein the ultimate aim would lie in creating self-motivated leaders and life- long learners.
SPK Jain Futuristic Academy:
JFA is housed in a state-of-the-art 1.6 lakh sq. ft. building located in a 2-Acre Campus in Kolkata. The school’s layout encourages learning anywhere on campus, not just inside the small confines of the classroom. They have erected numerous clusters with built-in courtyards and play areas at various levels.
Each cluster is set up to meet the requirements of the particular children in the specified age range. Additionally, they have taken care to engage academic leaders and teachers with extensive 25+ Years of teaching and administrative expertise. Teachers have received training to ensure that the instruction they provide to students prepares the kids for both today and tomorrow.
