TAJ CITY CENTRE NEWTOWN KOLKATA SHOWCASES PAINTS & STROKES EXHIBITION BY EMINENT ARTIST JOYDEV BALA

Taj City Centre Newtown Kolkata is delighted to present a captivating art exhibition titled, ‘Paints & Strokes’ by renowned artist Joydev Bala. This exhibition will immerse visitors in a mesmerizing collection of contemporary paintings. After the huge success of its first three editions, the exhibition now in its 4th edition, will run till 24th June, where it promises to captivate art enthusiasts, collectors, and guests, offering a visual feast of color, texture, and emotion.
Paints & Strokes is a celebration of the versatility and vibrant beauty of acrylic as a medium, showcasing the mastery of renowned artist Joydev Bala who has skillfully brought his vision to life on canvas. With its contemporary design and sophisticated ambiance, Shamiana serves as the perfect backdrop for the eclectic mix of artworks, creating a seamless integration between art and environment.
The exhibition will feature a diverse range of works, which are modern in terms of theme and execution. From flowing lines and simple concepts of old art to vivid colour and unusual texturing on canvasses, making it a unique mix of traditional and contemporary, where visitors can expect an engaging and immersive experience. The theme created by Joydev borders around nature and purity, both of the external environment and of men’s inner self, as symbolized by the recurring themes based on birds, trees, and flowers.
