“Today, the State Kremlin Palace has brought together courageous people, hardened by great trials – Armed Forces veterans, civilian specialists who honourably fulfilled their duty in Afghanistan and other countries, and families of fallen heroes.
You uphold the traditions of camaraderie and service to the Fatherland with great devotion. I want to especially highlight your contribution to supporting the participants in the special military operation, educating the younger generation, and your valuable work in government bodies, veteran associations, and public organizations. Such steadfast patriotic stance deserves the sincerest appreciation.”
