RECRUITMENT AS AGNIVEER IN INDIAN ARMY FOR ALL DISTRICTS OF ARUNACHAL PRADESH
Indian Army has invited online applications from unmarried male candidates for selection as Agniveers for Recruiting year 2027 under Agnipath scheme. The registration for online Common Entrance Exam (CEE) for Agniveer recruitment for the Indian Army for the recruiting year 2027 has commenced on 13 February 2026. Online registration will continue till 02 Apr 2026. Applications are invited from candidates from all districts of Arunachal Pradesh. The recruitment of Agniveers would be carried out in two phases.
In Phase I, online computer based, Common Entrance Examination (CEE) would be conducted at exam centres in Naharlagun and Papum Pare, while in Phase II, Recruitment Rally would be conducted for shortlisted candidates, who would appear in the Merit List after online Common Entrance Examination. Candidates will be required to log into www.joinindianarmy.nic.in to check their eligibility status and create a personal profile. The candidates, on successful filling the application, would be directed to SBI portal through a link on the website. At the SBI portal, candidates need to make payment of Rs 250/- with bank charges, as applicable. The payment could be made through various payment options like Debit/Credit cards, online banking or UPI.
Candidates would be required to have an active Email & Mobile Number, which would be used for further communication by Indian Army. Candidates will have to select five choices for the exam centre. Candidates also need to enter Aadhaar number in online application (Aadhaar number must be linked with their mobile number).
To provide candidates with practice on online CEE as per their category, a category-wise link has been provided on the “Join Indian Army” website. Candidates are advised to carry out practice at least once before appearing for actual CEE. Animated videos on “How to register” and “How to appear for online CEE” are also available on www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. Information on educational qualification, physical/Medical standards, and job specification are also available on www.joinindianarmy.nic.in .
