Launch of ReasonCareIQ – AI-Based Healthcare Assistive Support Program

Reason Analytics Softech Pvt Ltd today announced the successful launch of ReasonCareIQTM, an AI-based healthcare assistive support program, at the Software Technology Parks of India (STPI), Kolkata, on 16th April 2026.
The event was graced by Mr Debasish Sen, IAS (Retd.), as the Chief Guest. Addressing the audience, Mr. Sen highlighted the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence in healthcare, emphasizing how AI is rapidly emerging as a game changer in improving accessibility and efficiency in medical services. Mr Sen is highly optimistic that AI will soon bring in personalised treatment specially in the treatment of cancer.
Renowned medical professionals shared their insights during the event. Dr Bhabotosh Biswas, eminent cardiac surgeon stressed the critical importance of timely response during medical emergencies. He noted that delays in emergency situations can prove fatal and described assistive support services like ReasonCareIQ as vital tools in providing immediate guidance and reducing response time during such crises.
Dr Dhiresh Choudhary, a noted geriatrician and Founder of Banchbo Healing Touch, spoke about the growing importance of mental health, particularly among the elderly. He emphasized the role of comprehensive patient history in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Dr. Choudhary also highlighted the rising concern of loneliness and social isolation in geriatric care, which can have significant adverse health effects. He noted that ReasonCareIQTM ‘s AI-powered companionship solution can play a meaningful role in addressing these challenges.
