SPARSH OUTREACH PROGRAMME ON 12th & 13th NOVEMBER, 2025 AT BENGALURU

The Principal Controller of Defence Accounts, Bengaluru is conducting a SPARSH Outreach Programme on 12th and 13th November, 2025 between 10 am & 5 pm at the Multi-Purpose Hall, Office of the PCDA, Bengaluru.
This special programme is being organized to address and resolve all SPARSH-related issues and grievances of pensioners and family pensioners.
A Digital Life Certificate (DLC) Campaign will also be conducted during the programme.
Dedicated team will be available to provide on-the-spot assistance, guidance, and support for all SPARSH and pension-related queries.
Defence Pensioners and Family Pensioners attending the programme are requested to carry the following documents for timely redressal of grievances:
- Registered Mobile Phone
- Aadhaar Card
- PAN Card
- Bank Passbook
- Discharge Book (for Army/Navy/Air Force pensioners)
- Copies of PPOs
- Any other relevant Service/Pension documents
