Touch qualifies to IATAS-Emmy Awards; Makes India proud
Touch, a one minute video, produced under the banner of Indywood has been qualified for the prestigious International Academy of Television, Arts and Science’s JCS International Young Creatives Award (IATAS-Emmy Awards). The Indian short film was qualified from lots of entries received from 31 countries.
“We always encourage young talents and promote their innovative ideas. The selection to Emmy awards is a remarkable achievement and our team with their passion to movies has made our country proud on international platform. Opportunities galore in entertainment industry and youngsters should come forward to tap its immense potential,” said Indywood Founder Director Sohan Roy.
The shooting of Touch, scripted and directed by Ananthu Dileep Kurup, based on the theme “Women Peacemaker” was wrapped up in just 14 hours. Vishnu Puthiyaparambath wielded the camera whereas the editing is done by Mahesh Ravindran. Anujith KA supervised sound effects and mixing. Godwin Thomas handled music department.
The JCS International Young Creatives Award is a competition designed to discover, recognize and foster young talents from around the world while creating a global conversation around Peace.
