It was exciting to create several exotic dishes for Kebab-e-Ishq festival. All the masalas were made from scratch, in-house, the old fashioned way, and that has really enhanced the flavour of our kebabs. The taste, aroma, texture and everything are up a notch. The special menu comprised an interesting mix of kebabs, some bone-less, some indulgent, some chewy and some soft. We have planned portions keeping in mind how a family orders, with dishes of hearty flavors, but appealingly good value for money.“
