Already, Ford had stopped test drives and deliveries for the new Figo and the new Figo Aspire leading to problems in the Restraint Control Module (RCM).
Ford India has issued a fresh statement explaining that they have started a voluntary recall for about 42,300 units of the new Figo and the Figo Aspire to correct the problem.
Major issue with this problem is with non deployment of Airbags in some collision cases.
