” Started At Jorasanko Thakurbari, Kolkata. ICCR Eastern India head Goutam Dey and the vice chancellor of Rabindra Bharati University Sabyasachi Basu Ray Choudhury were present in the occasion.
Master Artist and Craftsman of Traditional Bengal Art from all over West Bengal were present at the occasion.
Rudra Prasad Sengupta,Gautam Dey and VC of Rabindra Bharati University Sabyasachi Basu Ray Choudhury showed honour to the artist with Garland and flower bouquet.
During the speech all said it is our duty to bring our friends and relatives to visit this festival and support the cause.
Rudra Prasad Sengupta said I have a long memory of teaching here and I owe a lot to this University. I request all young teachers to involve actively for this program with out them it is not complete.
A colorful opening ceremony well supported by the performance of the flute and puppet dance by the Folk Artist made the occasion a complete one.
