It has been reported that, from now on all the train passengers with unconfirmed tickets will get the option to book Air India flights with a fare of AC First Class.
Recently Air India has signed an agreement with IRCTC, regarding this new facility.
Suppose you have to go somewhere & you are not getting confirmed ticket via train, so don’t worry you can book Air India flight ticket within next 24 hours.
Air India Chairman & Managing Director Aswini Lohani said,
Any passangers, who could not get a confirmed ticket, will be given option of booking in Air India flights over the next 24 hours. The fares will be AC first fares for AC First class passangers and AC II passangers will be charged AC II fares plus Rs. 1500.
One point to be noted, as it has been said that for now this facility is only launched for Rajdhani.
