Prime Minister Narendra Modi expanded his team of ministers today. Nineteen new minister taken oath as minister at President House. Shri Prakash Javdekar promoted as cabinet minister. West Bengal got a new mister as Shri S.S. Ahluwalia BJP MP from Darjiling got the berth in to the ministry.
All major member of Modi cabinet was there but Ms.Sushma Swaraj was busy with the meeting foreign delegates from Hungary and discharging her duties as external affairs minister. She twitted and congratulated all new members of Modi team.
This team of Modi is majorly targeted for the upcoming elections in the states and hence the combination kept in such a way that all sector representation is ensured.
Veteran Journalist and Editor M.J. Akhbar joined the ministry.
