The Metro Shopping Centre located at 1 Ho Chi Minh Sarani, well known as Metro Plaza has completed their 16th year with a weeklong celebration which started from 23rd August and completes their week long journey today 28th August 2016.
Since opening this iconic shopping Plaza has become one of most illustrious shopping destinations in Kolkata known for its reasonable prizes, inviting ambiance and boasting many of the finest retailers in fashion, jewelry, accessories and beauty.

“As an association, we have been fortunate to be affiliated with strong community partners lifting us up along the way. Our customers were offered free car parking for 23 of August 2016 on our Anniversary Day,” says Vikash Mahipal, General Secretary, Metro Shopping Centre.
The 16th year celebration hit the ground on 23rd of August 2016 followed by a week long celebration, where kids had a great time. From Tattoo painting, Juggler Street magic to Caricature artist .From Games, Balloon dart from Puzzles to Car racing to Talent hunt competition, Fancy dress competition to Yummy non gas cooking everything under one roof was available. The entire weekend had Kids Carnival and Kids Fashion show. The limelight of the show was the shop owner’s children who walked the ramp and gave a tremendous outstanding performance .The event saw a good response with lots of people cheering the young ones.
