Government of India is keen to get hold of the black money at the source itself but still leaving some points to by pass the corrupt persons.

As per Shri S.S. Rana Director Income Tax (Intelligence & Criminal Investigation) & Shri Priyabrata Paramanik Additional Director Income Tax (Intelligence & Criminal Investigation) informed the Dealers of West Bengal for Motor Vehicles that PAN has to be informed incase of any vehicle other two wheeler.

If PAN is not there form 60 and 61 has to be submitted by the dealers and preserve for future reference.

Any Cash payment more than 2 lakhs will have to be reported to IT.

But leaving two wheeler apart will keep the corruption path open.
