The Vice President of India, Shri M. Hamid Ansari has greeted the people of our country on the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi. In a message, he said that Lord Ganesh is revered as an embodiment of wisdom, prosperity and good fortune in our country. Invoking Lord Ganesh before start of any good work and project is a common practice, he added.
