Connecting with the same ethos of enlightenment and exchange of knowledge Chinese Consulate General office of Kolkata,India has organised a great Education Expo 2016 first of its kind in Kolkata.
More than 70 Universities and institutes of China put up the stalls to show case and attract the students of Kolkata to study at China.
Shri. Subrata Mukherjee Minister of Panchayat and PHE for Government of West Bengal inaugurated the Expo at Milan Mela off Bye Pass. During his speech he told the audience about the scope for joint development of India and China where mutual development can be of prime interest. He also said not only science and technology but also Arts and culture is an area of interest for many.
Kids of different schools visited the Expo along with the teachers. An excellent dragon dance was played by the Chinese artist to make the occasion a memorable one.
