Bengal CM to inaugurate Bengal Information Technology Park at Haldia today
Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee will inaugurate the Bengal Information Technology Park at Haldia today. This is a project to facilitate IT industry by providing ‘plug and play’ facilities. 24X7 quality power supply, security and support services will also be provided.
The Bengal Government will open seven Information Technology parks in the state by 2017, the state IT minister had earlier said. He had said that three hardware parks were coming up in the state, besides setting up of an institute of data sciences and a cyber security centre of excellence for protection of data.
The Bengal Government is also keen on a start-up action plan, which will be targeted at the young population in the state.
হলদিয়ায় ‘বাংলা তথ্যপ্রযুক্তি পার্ক’ এর উদ্বোধন করবেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী
আজ হলদিয়ায় ‘বাংলা তথ্যপ্রযুক্তি পার্ক’ এর উদ্বোধন করবেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়। তথ্যপ্রযুক্তি শিল্পের সহায়তার জন্য এই প্রকল্পে থাকছে প্লাগ এন্ড প্লে সুবিধা। এছাড়াও থাকছে ২৪X৭ উন্নতমানের বিদ্যুৎ সরবরাহ, নিরাপত্তা ও সহায়ক পরিষেবা।
তথ্য ও প্রযুক্তি মন্ত্রী এর আগে জানিয়েছেন যে ২০১৭র মধ্যে সাতটি তথ্যপ্রযুক্তি কেন্দ্র এই রাজ্যে গড়ে তুলতে উদ্যোগ নিয়েছে রাজ্য সরকার। মন্ত্রী আরও বলেন, তিনটি হার্ডওয়্যার কেন্দ্র গড়ে তলা হচ্ছে পাশাপাশি একটি প্রতিষ্ঠান গড়ে তলা হবে যেখানে ডেটাসায়েন্স ও সাইবার সিকিউরিটির প্রশিক্ষণ দেওয়া হবে।
রাজ্য সরকার যুবক যুবতীদের কথা মাথায় রেখে কিছু কর্মসূচী গ্রহন করতে চলেছে।
