Now get a glimpse of seven wonders of the world at Newtown Eco Park

The replicas of the Seven Wonders of the World in a recreational park, the first of its kind in the country is coming up at Eco Park.

Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee had asked f Housing Infrastructure Development Corporation (HIDCO) to construct replicas of the Seven Wonders so that people who enjoy travelling but cannot visit these places due to various reasons, can fulfill their dreams to a certain extent. Also, they have educative value so the children will enjoy watching them, while learning a thing or two.

People will be able to see the seven wonders that have come up on three acres of land at Prakriti Tirtha.  The replicas look exactly like the miniature of the original structures. Landscape architects said the unique concept of Mamata Banerjee had been given “a lively and realistic presentation with accuracy.”

Once opened, the seven wonders would attract both national and foreign tourists.
