SBI reduced the Home Loan rate by 25 basis point – Special focus for Women customers with 8.35% rate of Interest

Partha Pratim Sengupta, the Chief General Manager of SBI,Kolkata disclosed the special Home Loan rate for the customer who applies for the same before end of July 2017.

Now people will get loan upto 30lakhs with a rate of 8.40% while ladies will have further down at 8.35%.

With this new offer one can get a saving on emi about 1.97 lakhs Rupees in 30 years term.

This new scheme is also linked with PM Awas Yojna to help urban citizen with the loans.

SBI also added new 13 builders as approved projects developer to speed up the loan procedure.

SBI is always looking for the better customer relation and repeat customer in different products across the portfolio.
