Mrs. Anupama Sureka, owner of the Sureka Industries and ex-Chairperson of FICCI Ladies Organization (FLO).
Strong ideology for ethical leadership with motivating factor for women empowerment in business is the manifestation of Mrs. Sureka’s core values.
We have examples of strong woman leaders such as Rani Lakshmibai, Sania Mirza, Mother Teresa, Indra Nooyi and many more.
But if we need to add one more person on this list from present Kolkata business arena; Mrs. Anupama Sureka would be one of the strong contenders as an ideal name for the purpose.
Her unique ideology of feminism and women empowerment with in the modest social obligations is the kind of thought process we need in this growing generation of 2017 and decades to come.

While during our discussion we raised the question about her dream job if not business what would have been her ideal profession. She smiled and replied it would have been Doctor and that to Surgeon. Yes we missed a good doctor but we got one of the finest articulations of business leaders from Kolkata.
She also advised our young team members to be brave and put hard effort with ethics to get success. There is no shortcut in life for success.
She also explained how much she is in debt with her family and in laws for their support and guidance from the very beginning of her journey called life. She is very fond of her father and her family values.
One of her prominent work out of many for FICCI FLO as chairperson was FICCI FLO “Pan India Advocacy and Legal Cell” inauguration at Kolkata.
Her professional world is wide spread and not limited to her own companies but also many professional bodies are blessed to have her active participation and guidance.
