Ms. Arundhati started with a flawless style and from the very first word she moved in to every nooks and corners of the much talked future of Banking digitally. She explained the way personal preference of each individual customer are going to be considered for service level support.
She also raised a question how much automation how much human intervention needed for a service will be a matter to be chosen carefully.
Dr. Amit Mitra took the stage to just from where Ms. Bhattacharya left. Dr. Mitra showed everyone why he is respected by all despite of his political association and being a cabinet minister of West Bengal. Finance and Industries are not the easiest portfolio to manage in a country like India where heterogeneous effect of being human and political face you have to pay. Dr. Mitra showed with the Data that expectations from SBI and FICCI is really very high in terms of Krishan Credit Card and Credit support to MSME sector. He insisted that MSME will be the future of Job creation and Banks must support them to grow up.
