Merchant’s Chambers of Commerce & Industries Kolkata organized a high profile diplomatic get together to exchange views and exploring options with the Diplomats of different countries. 

The welcome address by Mr. Hemant Bangur the President of MCCI explained why global investments are most welcome to achieve the desired growth for Bengal.

US principal commercial officer Mr. Jonathan Ward gave a spirited lecture on how US and India particularly Bengal can do business and what are the opportunity to invest in US as well. 

Mr. Mohan Niraula Trade Consul,Consulate of Nepal,Mr. Leki Tenzin Trade Consul, Royal Bhutanese Consulate at Kolkata,Mr. Damiano Farancovigh Consul General of Italy at Kolkata were also discussed in details about the prospect of business with there countries.

Mr. Rajiva Sinha Additional Chief Secretary , Department of Industry Commerce and Enterprises Government of West Bengal took the charge as Key note speaker as chief guest of the event.
