Chinese door manufacturing company – Goldea leader for making flush door and panel door in China joined hands with CenturyPly and entered into a tie up with 40% stake in the venture while CenturyPly will have 60% stake.
Mr.Sajjan Bhajanka, Chairman, CenturyPly, told the media that the company will seek approval from the Registrar of Companies for incorporating the joint venture company – Century Goldea Ltd. The total investment in the joint venture would be Rs 70-80 crore.
Mr. Keshav Bhajanka Director of CenturyPly explained the details plan about the future of export and he told that at present 4.7% mat be very small part in terms of books but Lagos and Singapore subsidiary will play a big role in overseas operations.
Mr. Keshav also explained PM Awas Yojna will create 50K Crores or market for Doors by 2022.
