Rajarshi Adhikary, a brilliant artist who completed his Masters from Government Art College, Kolkata has over 75 exhibitions, Workshops and Camps to his credit both at the National and International levels and has created a niche for himself among the contemporary young artists specialising in Indian Art.

Rajarshi’s artistry provides an aesthetic continuum that extends from the early civilisation to the present day. From being essentially religious in purpose in the beginning, Rajarshi’s paintings have evolved over the years to become a fusion of various cultures and traditions.  A style that he believes to be expressive of India’s distinct spiritual qualities, his works depicts the concept of abstraction and uses it to transform regular scenes of into fantastic images.
