DUM DUM UTSAAV 2018
2 January,2018,Kolkata: Dum Dum Municipal Corporation is all set to celebrate the first Dum Dum Utsav between 2 January,2018-9 January,2018 at Dum Dum Lichu Bagan ground. It is basically a cultural festival to add more colors, happiness to this festive time. Minister Bratya Basu said, “ It is a new venture by the Dumdum Municipal corporation which features more of cultural extravaganzas like musical concerts by noted artistes from Bengal and Mumbai .
The mega celebration was inaugurated by Bratya Basu (IT Minister,WB),Harendra Singh (Chairman, Dumdum Municipal Corporation), Barun Natta( Vice-chairman, Dumdum Municipal Corporation ) today.
The celebration will feature musical concerts by Kahinoor Sen Barat, Alka Yagnik, Kunal Ganjawala, Javed Ali,Rupankar,Raghab Chattaerjee,Lopamudra Mitra.What’s more? There is a felicitation of veteran folk singer Swapna Chakraborty, follower show, seat and draw competition. As a whole it would be a memorable celebration of our culture.
