Retinal Arterial Macroaneurysm (RAM) is a rare eye problem a case happens in 1 out of 9000 patients suffering from hyper tension. In this case Mr. Pranb Bhattacharjee lost his vision in right right eye when blood leakage happens and blood went to the backside of retina which eventually will destroy the cells of retina.

Condition was critical and surgical procedure was very rare that to with very low success rate globally. But Dr. Kshitiz Kumar and team took the challenge at Agarwal’s Eye Hospital Kolkata. After a hard work the inflammation and blood clot removed from the right eye with gas charged inside the eye.
