” Dada Please don’t go. try our Food,Please Come” I looked back and shocked to see that Super Star Chef (I call him Sultan of foodies World) Ranveer Brar calling me with his impossible to copy infectious smile.

Yes read this correct leaving his stardom like any other gentleman host he is calling us after the press meet to taste mouth watering dishes from his caravan.

He walked all the way to the Vans where food on the go, was getting prepared.

How many of celebrities of international fame will do this. That’s why I call him Gentleman chef too.

Chef Ranveer came to Kolkata for an event of Mercedes Benz Luxe Drive 2018 and Live MTV show. Not more than a months time when we mate each other at Kolkata for a different event but he still remembered what we call an evening with master blender.

Lucknow boy now a man of the chef’s world still holds his emotion and innocence close to his heart. His Bengali is too good and actually his many friends are Bengali too.

He prepared a special “Khichuri” dish without rice only with cauliflower and other vegetables named “Phoolkopi Dalna Sorse Risotto”.
