The city of Joy has many reasons to celebrate one such event is 3rd Bengal Short Film Festival.

Star-studded event made it a gala opening show at a city hotel. Soumitra,Prosenjit, Bartya Basu IT minister,Minister Sadhan Pande,MIC Debasish Kumar all were there to make it a memorable evening.

Festival will be on till 4th May 2018.
