Indian Oil Organises Servo Power Meet 2018
Kolkata, 10th August 2018: Indian Oil today organised the Servo Power Meet 2018 at Kolkata . Senior officials from Indian Oil, and other officials from various corporate houses participated in Servo Power Meet. Shri. K L Murthy, Executive Director (Lubes), Indian Oil was the chief guest on the occasion.
The meet witnessed participation of eminent industry representatives from NTPC, NHPC, BHEL, DVC, CESC ,WBPDCL, Tata Powers, Central Power Research Institute, Jadavpur university, etc.
Servo Power Brochure was launched at the meet by team Servo led by Shri K L Murthy, Executive Director (Lubes), Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., Head Office, Mumbai. In the inaugural address Shri K L Murthy enlisted the various services rendered by Indian Oil to the power sector in India, naming a few – development of tailor made lubricants for power plant, condition monitoring of all major systems in power plant, timely delivered of product through vast network of Indian Oil and offering Complete Lubrication Management (CLM).
Shri Sanat Mishra, CGM(Lubes Operations), Indian Oil and Shri Amitabh Akhauri, CGM(Lube Sales) and Shri Sanjeev Kundu CGM (Technical Services), Indian Oil chaired the three technical sessions in which 19 technical papers were presented by the speakers from various power plants. Shri S Banerjee, DGM (Lubes),Indian Oil, Kolkata welcomed the participants and Shri Peeyush Dubey, Chief Manager(Lube Sales-Direct), Indian Oil, Kolkata placed the formal vote of thanks.
The meet concluded on paving path for usage of high performance lubricants to maximise life of lubricants and reduction in cost of lubrication for power industry.
