Diabetic a word of danger bigger than cancer and all needs to be aware of this devils. GD Hospital has taken an oath to make every one aware of it and provide low cost treatment. 

A drive to combat diabetes this walkathon project has been adopted by the hospital, about this project Ms. Musrefa Hossain, CEO, GDDI, Dr. Dr. Sukumar Mukherjee, Legendary Physician & Chairman of GD Hospital & Diabetes Institute unveiled the plans of the project to media at Kolkata Press Club.

To usher this initiative the hospital will introduce a mobile test caravan across the city for free random blood test and this van will be launched on this occasion from Press Club. This year Walk Bengal Walk will also cover hinterlands of Kolkata.

Prsenjit and Abir Chatterjee two leading actors of Bengal will be present on the event day 18th Nov 2018 . 

Similar event will be organized at Buniyadpur in South Dinajpur and at Aurangabad in  Mushidabad too.
